Shipping & Return Policy


Kathryn Interiors offers two distinct sales and delivery services.
  1. Direct consultations- which are available in Monroe, Miami - Dade and Broward counties Florida. ( Design and Consultations in other areas can be arranged in certain circumstance) (Certain Products and Services Require An In-Home Consultation. Contact us for details) Shipping and delivery for consultation clients will be discussed during the consultation.
  1. Internet Sales- the information below primarily covers the internet sales division.
FREE SHIPPING OFFER:
Free standard shipping offer applies only to online orders; it does not apply to the following items:

  • Window treatment products that require us to do measurement, and installation.

Estimated shipping and delivery times
Estimated ship times will vary with the product ordered. Most of our products are custom produced to order and production time will vary. Most orders should be available for shipping between 1 to 3 weeks from date of order.  If you need to verify stock information and availability prior to placing your order, please contact customer service at: order@kathryninteriors.com
Occasionally issues arise that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists.

Shipping and delivery methods
Our standard delivery is standard ground which will arrive in 3 to 5 business days from the ship date. In some instances rush shipping can be arranged for an addition charge. If you require rush shipping please enquire about availability at the time of order.  

Return Policy
We regret that we cannot accept returns after 10 days for any reason. No returns are accepted for custom orders, close outs, and clearance items all such sales are final. If you would like to exchange or return an item purchased in the last 10 days that was not a final sale or a custom item, you will need to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  1. Email us at returns@kathryinteriors.com with the details of your return request: including item number, delivery date and reason for return.
  2. After submitting your return request, we will review the information and forward on via email an RA number and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Items must be returned in their original packaging in unused condition. Soiled/used items will be refused and returned to you at your expense. Returns on eligible items that are not defective will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  4. Refunds are issued in the original payment form and price, less shipping and handling, re-stocking fees gift-wrap and return shipping charges. Standard shipping charges will apply for all "free shipped" non-defective items.
 
Furniture, bedding, custom window treatments, personalized and custom items
Because these items are made to order, all custom pieces are not returnable or refundable. You have up to 2 business days from the date the order was placed to cancel a custom order and to have the amount refunded to your credit card. After 2 days custom orders are non-refundable.
Upon delivery, please take time to inspect all freight shipped furniture items carefully for any damage that may have occurred in transit and contact us immediately. Claims against damaged items must be made within 3 business days. Unfortunately, claims made after the 3 business day window will not be accepted and are unable to be returned.
